housekeeping On the go
The native app for the Apple iPod touch or the iPhone links the housekeeping staff, maintenance teams and front desk managers, allowing them to share live information on housekeeping and maintenance issues.
Housekeepers can change the room status on the spot or post a guest’s consumption while filling up the minibar.
They also can send a notification to the Maintenance Manager, including a picture to better illustrate what has to be done.
