Food and wine „passionistas‟ and owners of Caveau Wine Bar and Deli, Frenchman Jean-Yves Muller and South African Brendon Crew joined forces several years ago with their initiatives and dreams of bringing about a wine bar of international standards with regards to wine, food and service.


Their insight and dedication is clearly beginning to bear fruit as Condé Nast Traveler Magazine describes Caveau as a “casually stylish” establishment that has taken the bull by the horns in developing a truly great model of the wine-bar phenomenon in South Africa - a country renowned for producing some truly great wines.
